Thanks to all of you, our shop has grown so much. Growth means there are more and more folks that would like to come into our shop. We want to serve everyone to the best of our ability.

To help us do this, we ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, let us know at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. Clients who cancel less than 1 hour before their time will be charged 50% of their service charge.

Clients who do not show up to their appointments without any notice will be charged full price.

If you do not show up 3 times without notice, you will be required to pre-pay for your future appointments.
